Crustless Cranberry Pie 蔓越莓派
買了4磅的蔓越莓,
咬下去才想到是酸的,
有點像是吃青梅子一像脆脆酸酸,
來做甜點好了....
1 cup flour 麵粉
3/4 cup white sugar 砂糖
1/4 tsp salt 鹽
2 cups cranberries 蔓越莓
1/2 cup chopped walnuts 核桃
1/2 cup butter, melted 奶油
2 eggs 蛋
1/2 tsp almond extract 杏仁精
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 香草精
brown sugar/walnut topping:
1/4 cup walnuts 核桃
1/3 cup brown sugar 二砂
2 Tbsp butter 奶油
2 tablespoons flour 麵粉
1.烤箱預熱到350華氏度(175攝氏度).9英寸的派盤上油.
2.將麵粉,糖,鹽, 蔓越莓和核桃攪拌均勻. 拌入奶油,雞蛋杏仁精和香草精. 將麵糊倒入備好的烤模.
3.撒上topping在350華氏度(175攝氏度)烘烤40分鐘.
