趁著休息, 把上禮拜的薰衣草拿出來做餅乾.
Lavender Sugar Cookies 薰衣草餅乾

修改一些做法:
1 cup Sugar 糖
1 cup Powdered Sugar 糖粉
2 tsp Lavender buds chopped fine 切碎的薰衣草
1 cup Butter, softened 奶油(室溫)
1 cup Oil 油
1 tsp Vanilla 香草精
2 Eggs 蛋
4 ¼ c flour 麵粉
1 tsp Baking Soda 小酥打
1 tsp Cream of Tartar 塔塔粉
1 tsp Salt 鹽
Beat sugar and powdered sugar, lavender and butter together until light and fluffy. Add the oil, vanilla and eggs and mix until blended. Stir in flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt. Mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight for easier handling. This also allows for the flavors to meld together.
Preheat oven to 375C, shape dough into 1 inch balls. Bake for 12 minutes until set but not brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely.

烤箱預熱到375C,將麵團切片。烘烤12分鐘,直淡金黃色,立即放在在架上, 完全冷卻。

成品的麵團大約1500g,
分成2批烤,
第一批比較深,
第二批顏色淡, 比較有薰衣草味,
下次再加一些堅果類會更好吃.
