蜜紅豆雪花糕 Red Bean Coconut Milk Snow Cake

鮮奶 400cc
椰奶 100cc
玉米粉 100g
二號砂糖 80g
蜜紅豆 1/2 cup
椰子粉 適量
            

     
    1.秤好所有的材料,容器抹油,玉米粉過篩, 鮮奶和椰奶混合.
    2.先取出1/2的液體,加入糖隔水加熱到糖溶化.
    3 之後剩下1/2的液體,加入玉米粉拌均.
    4 把3加到2裡面一直攪拌到非常的濃稠後關火, 拌入蜜紅豆.
    5.之後馬上倒到準備好的容器鋪平放涼,就可以放到冰箱定型後,切成你想要的大小.
    6 切好的雪花糕在沾上椰子粉.

Red Bean Coconut Milk Snow Cake

Milk 400cc
coconut milk 100cc
corn starch 100g
sugar 80g
red bean 1/2 cup (option)
shred coconut

   

    1. In a medium saucepan, pour coconut milk and half of milk (200cc) to dissolve sugar and heat up.
    2. Mix another half of milk (200cc) with cornstarch stir well, and add in to saucepan, stirring constantly with hand whisk to cook.
    3. When the mixture starts to thickens,  quicky fold in red beans, and turn off the heat.
    4. Pour the thick coconut cake paste into a square cake pan covered with parchment paper, wipe evenly with a wooden spoon. Allow to cool, then put into the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
    5. Turn the cake onto a serving plate, remove the parchment paper. Cut into little rectangles or squares, and coat the bite-size cake with shredded coconut.
