Fluffy and Delicious Pancakes 超濕潤的鬆餅

3/4 cup milk 牛奶

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 cup all-purpose flour 中筋麵粉

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder 泡打粉

1/2 teaspoon baking soda 小蘇打

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 egg

2 tablespoons butter, melted 融化奶油

teaspoon vanilla extract (optional) 香草精

 

1. Stir milk and vinegar together in a bowl; set aside to 'sour' for about 5 minutes.

將牛奶和醋攪拌均勻靜置5分鐘

2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Whisk egg and butter into sour milk. Pour flour mixture into milk mixture and whisk until batter is smooth. Add vanilla extract to batter; mix well.

將粉類 (麵粉,, 泡打粉,小蘇打,) 拌勻。將蛋 ,奶油 加入酸牛奶中。 將粉類加入牛奶中拌勻,加入香草精拌勻。

3.Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Drop batter, 1/4 cup per pancake, onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes.

將鍋子燒熱放入1/4杯的鬆餅糊當表面出現泡泡3-4分鐘翻面煎至兩面金黃 2-3分鐘
