鮮奶雪花糕

鮮奶 500cc
玉米粉 65g
砂糖 80g
椰子粉 適量
            

     
    1.秤好所有的材料,容器抹油,玉米粉過篩.
    2.先取出1/2的液體,加入糖隔水加熱到糖溶化.
    3 之後剩下1/2的液體,加入玉米粉拌均.
    4 把3加到2裡面一直攪拌到非常的濃稠後關火.
    5.之後馬上倒到準備好的容器鋪平放涼,就可以放到冰箱定型後,切成你想要的大小.
    6 切好的雪花糕在沾上椰子粉.

Coconut Milk Snow Cake

Milk 500cc
corn starch 65g
sugar 80g
shred coconut

1. In a medium saucepan, pour half of milk (250cc) to dissolve sugar and heat up.
    2. Mix 250cc milk with cornstarch stir well, and add in to saucepan, stirring constantly with hand whisk to cook.
    3. When the mixture starts to thickens turn off the heat.
    4. Pour the thick coconut cake paste into a square cake pan covered with parchment paper, wipe evenly with a wooden spoon. Allow to cool then put into the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
    5. Cut into little rectangles or squares, and coat the bite-size cake with shredded coconut.
